All rates INCLUDE taxes.
Bookings may be taken for
stays of any duration; however stays
of less than 7 nights will
incur an additional cleaning charge of $75 / £45.
Stays overlapping different rate periods will be charged pro-rata.
Rates are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Payment can be made by US or UK cheque or by credit card
(note there is a 4%
surcharge for credit card payment).
Other currencies may be taken if requested.
Bookings are secured by
completing a booking form and payment
of a deposit of $400 / £250 or 30% of the total if this is greater.
Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
